Shetland leads RTS Scotland Awards 2025 Nominations

Shetland series 9 has landed five nominations at Royal Television Society Awards 2025, marking it the most highly nominated show of the night. 

The series was recognised for its excellence on and off screen, receiving a nomination for: Director (Scripted) for Ruth Paxton; Camera (Craft) for DOP David Liddell; Original Music Score for Composer John Lunn; and Best Drama.

Actor Ashley Jensen, has been nominated for Actor - Female for her compelling role as DI Calder. 

The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 6th June 2025.
